Alissa and Jim’s wedding was supposed to take place on a trail in the middle of the forest. Mother Nature, it seems, had other plans.
The pouring rains forced a change of venue, and Jim and Alissa exchanged vows in front of a gorgeous stone wall, with a toasty fire to warm them up. The sound of the pouring rain blended with the music from the harpist, and it was beautiful.
Just as the ceremony finished, the rain paused long enough for us to grab some quick photos. Even with the unexpected downpour, I don’t think this wedding could have been any more perfect.
